Shipping Timelines

Dispatch: Online paid orders are shipped the next working day.

Standard Delivery: * Non-Customized Orders: 5–6 working days from dispatch.

Shipping Partners & Reach
To guarantee reliable service, we partner with reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, BlueDart, and Delhivery.

Remote Areas: If standard courier services are unavailable in your location, we will attempt to ship via Government Registered India Post, though this cannot always be guaranteed.

Self-Pickup: In extremely remote locations, recipients may be requested to collect their package from the nearest delivery center.

Shipping Charges & Taxes

Domestic Shipping: There are no shipping charges for online paid orders within India.

Multiple Units: Delivery charges for bulk orders are calculated based on weight and destination.

GST: All prices are inclusive of GST as per Government of India regulations. Satyug Lifestyle is fully GST compliant.
Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
1. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a product in poor condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@satyuglifestyle.com with your Order ID. We will arrange a reverse pick-up and issue a brand-new replacement at no additional cost. Ensure the original tags and packaging remain intact.
2. Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us within 30 minutes of purchase. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. While most sales are final, we always strive to help—reach out, and we will explore the best possible options for you.
3. Replacement Policy
All sales are final. We offer replacements only for manufacturing defects or transit damage.

Exclusions: We do not provide refunds or replacements for defect-free products based on "look and feel," minor shade/color variations, or minor wear and tear that does not affect the product's function.

Process: Report defects with image and video proof of the item and shipping labels. Once verified, we will arrange a return and inspect the item.

Note: If no defect is found during inspection, the customer will be liable for two-way courier charges.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement for a defective product is unavailable. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. The timeline for the credit appearing in your account depends on your bank or card issuer's policies.
Note: Please ensure all returned products are unused, in their original packaging, and include all items/accessories originally shipped.
