Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery.

  • 1-Hour Window: Cancellation requests are only accepted within 1 hour of placing an order. Once this window passes, we cannot guarantee a cancellation as the fulfillment process has begun.

  • No Cancellation Fees: Satyug Lifestyle does not charge fees for orders canceled within the 1-hour window.

  • Unilateral Cancellations: In rare cases where we must cancel an order (due to stock unavailability or logistics constraints), a full refund will be processed with no fees charged to the customer.


2. Refund & Replacement Policy

We offer a 1-day replacement policy for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

  • Eligibility: You must contact us within 1 day of receiving your order.

  • Mandatory Proof: To process a replacement, you must provide an unboxing video and clear images of the product.

  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns for size issues (unless following the exchange process below), quality concerns, or personal preferences. Please refer to product descriptions for detailed information before purchasing.

  • Condition: Items that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return or replacement.


3. Size Replacement Process

If you require a size change, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Request: Contact us within 1 day via WhatsApp or email. Provide your order number and the new size required.

  2. Return Product: Send the unused product back to us in its original packaging.

  3. Verification: Our team will inspect the product upon arrival.

  4. Replacement Fee: A flat fee of ₹200 will be charged for approved size exchanges to cover shipping and handling.

  5. Dispatch: After the fee is paid and the product is verified, we will ship the new size and provide a tracking number.


4. Resolution Timelines

  • Acknowledgment: Our grievance officer will acknowledge your complaint via email or support channels within 48 hours.

  • Resolution: We aim to resolve all customer complaints within 30 days from the date of receipt.
