Authenticity & Certification

Are your Rudraksha and Karungali products original?
Yes. Every Rudraksha and Karungali piece we sell is lab-tested and certified. Certified products ship with their certificate card in the box.

How can I verify my product's authenticity?
See our Certificate & Authenticity page. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 88602 69736 with your order number and we'll share your certificate details.

Why do beads vary slightly in colour or size?
Because they are natural. Rudraksha seeds, ebony wood, and crystals each have unique grain, shade, and texture — minor variation is proof of a natural product, not a defect.

Wearing & Energization

Who can wear Rudraksha or Karungali?
Anyone — all ages and genders. The 5 Mukhi Rudraksha in particular is traditionally considered suitable for every seeker.

Do I need to energize (prana pratishtha) my mala before wearing?
It is traditional to energize your mala before first wear — for Rudraksha, chant "Om Namah Shivaya" 9 or 108 times on a Monday morning. Each product page includes specific guidance under "How to Wear."

Can I wear it while bathing or sleeping?
We recommend removing your mala before bathing or swimming to protect it from soap and chlorinated water. Sleeping with it on is a personal choice and is traditionally fine.

Orders & Payment

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes — COD is available across India. You pay only when the package is in your hands. Prepaid orders get an extra 10% off.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of placing it — email or WhatsApp us with your order number. After that, your order may already be packed or dispatched.

Shipping & Tracking

When will my order arrive?
Orders ship the next working day. Standard delivery takes 5–6 working days from dispatch (5–9 for customized pieces); major cities often receive orders in 4–5 days.

How do I track my order?
Tracking details are shared on email/WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched. We ship via FedEx, BlueDart, and Delhivery.

Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping across India.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 2-day return policy — request a return or replacement within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging. Full details on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 2 days with an unboxing video and photos — we'll arrange a replacement at no cost. If the outer packaging looks tampered with, please refuse the delivery.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method (bank/UPI for COD orders).

Care

How do I care for my mala or bracelet?
Keep it away from perfume, soap, and harsh chemicals. Wipe with a soft dry cloth; for Rudraksha, apply a drop of mustard or coconut oil once a month. Store in a dry pouch when not worn.
